Make
posts to suspend rubber bands.

Make
rubber posts to hold the base.
Get
medium or large size adhesive rubber feet from Radioshack.
Cut
one side of rubber feet as s picture.
Attach
3 or 4 adhesive feet around the base on the driver.
Only adhesive rubber
feet hold a base.

Using
the speaker driver's magnet.
Make holes
3 thumbtacks inserted 4 thumbtacks
Metal thumbtacks
with
a
hot needle. depend on
# of make
sure direct
contact
tweeter
bolts. thumbtacks
don't with
speaker screws
come
off.

Speaker bolts as rubber
band suspension.
Remove
speaker's bolts and insert a finish washer or a couple of washers (depend
on size of bolts) to raise the bolt head. And put them
back.
Connect
each bolts (as picture) with thin wooden sticks or thead while the
base of Mi-Horn is in the middle of that circle.

A
rubber band holds a base. 2 rubber bands hold a base.
